CAMP FAQ’S

To enroll in a camp, you first need to create a family login through our website portal. Once your child is registered in our system and you’ve agreed to our studio policies, you can then register for camps through the Events tab in your online portal.
If you already have an account with us, login and click on the Events tab!

Full Week Camps: 9am-2pm
Early Bird (Before May 15th for June Camps / Before June 1 for July Camps): $299
Regular: $325
Camps must be paid in full to register your child and reserve their spot.
We Do Not Offer Sibling Discounts For Summer Camps At This Time.

The Creative Arts Academy is located on the first floor of the Ventura Pacific View Mall. We are directly next to American Eagle. **On the opposite side of The Aerial Studio.

Every camp includes a Final Day Performance for family and friends on the last day of camp.
Campers will showcase what they have learned throughout the week. You will receive performance details and arrival times as your camp date approaches.
When will we receive the daily schedule?
You will receive a detailed camp schedule and reminder email closer to your camp start date. This will include:

What to bring
Performance details
Any camp-specific information

Theatre Camps:
Students must wear comfortable clothing they can move in and closed-toe shoes (no sandals). Clothing should be appropriate for movement, floor work, and stage activities.Dance Camps:
Students must wear appropriate dancewear and bring sneakers for Hip Hop + Ballet or Jazz shoes.
If you have both Jazz and Ballet shoes, please bring both. If you have Tap shoes, please bring them - not required to purchase for camp.Students should not need to change outfits throughout the day, only dance shoes as needed.
If you are unsure which shoes your child needs, please email us prior to camp.

Please pack:
A nut free lunch
At least one snack (you may send more if your child prefers)
A clearly labeled water bottle
We will have scheduled snack and lunch breaks each day.

Early drop off is not available. Late pick up is available for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:
A Cancellation request must be made via email to receive a full refund - minus $25.00 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests received 15-29 days prior to camp start date will receive a 50% refund - minus $25.00 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests received less than 15 days prior to camp start date will not receive a refund.
Only those with a medical emergency will be eligible for a 50% refund - minus $25.00 administrative fee with a physician’s note in the event of severe illness or injury preventing participation.
